These Terms of Use apply to the purchase and use of the Airen Framer Template, created by Yahia Yacine.
The Product
Product like Airen is a Framer website template for SaaS startups, AI products, technology teams, and digital businesses.
The purchase includes the Framer template files and design structure described on the product page.
Product does not include:
A working SaaS product.
Backend functionality.
User authentication.
Payment processing.
API integrations.
Custom development.
Framer hosting.
Guaranteed future updates.
Ongoing customization or support.
License
After purchasing Airen, you receive a non-exclusive license to use and customize the template for your own personal or commercial website.
You may edit the design, text, colors, images, and other elements to create your own website.
You may not:
Resell or redistribute the original template.
Share the template files publicly.
Claim the original design as your own work.
Use the template to create a competing template for resale.
Give the purchased files to another person or company.
Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Refunds
Because Airen is a digital product, refunds are generally not available after the template has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience a genuine problem with your purchase, contact us at yahia.support@gmail.com and we will review the issue. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Support
Support is limited to access and delivery issues related to the template. Custom design, development, backend systems, integrations, and general website-building services are not included unless agreed separately.
Intellectual Property
The Airen template, its original design, structure, components, and written materials remain the property of Yahia Yacine.
Your customized website and original content remain yours, subject to any third-party assets or licenses used in the project.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated when necessary. The latest version will always be published on this page.
